Organization of Knowledge

This course is designed such that students should be able to apply cataloguing principles, rules and theories in cataloguing; demonstrate ability on description of a book, awareness of the existing library management systems. You should also understand how to organize electronic resources. By using various classification schemes, you should demonstrate ability in practical cataloguing and classification.
