Thus, preserving the integrity of the institution and publishers should act as a central part in ensuring their success and longevity of institutions. We have also seen that by using the internet, authors and users are gaining the benefits of freely sharing their knowledge, hence realize the effectiveness of learning experience when the knowledge is designed for the need of users.
