Academic Integrity in a Digital Age

In this topic you were introduced to the concept of academic integrity. Academic integrity has diverse meanings, but what is important to note is that academic integrity is all about creating avenues toward creating a community of integrity. It is common to find integrity being violated in our communities and those who commit are learned persons. The issue is what is wrong, is it that Universities and colleges are not doing enough in developing values of academic integrity. Some examples of violations of academic integrity have been discussed. These violations of academic integrity mirror well with what happens in the community. There is a need therefore for Universities and college community members to develop courage in implementing academic integrity.
